Open approach - Our home is your home and you are welcome to visit any time of day or night, and can join your loved one for lunch, tea, and for all our events. We have an open door policy - there is no need to make an appointment.
One team - We work with you as a unified team - you play a huge role in helping us get to know your loved one so we can tailor their care. We listen to our residents, families, regulators and each other, always clearly communicating residents' needs and how they can best be met.
Enagaging environment - Your loved one's environment will be adapted to enable them as much stimulation and independence as possible, even if they are nursed in bed. Our approach promotes memory care through supportive signage and and sensory stimulation.
